Rival Arts return to Ushaw, Durham following an extended leave of absence for events due to Covid.
Meanwhile, Ushaw have been busy behind the scenes with new car parking and landscaping in the grounds.
The Fair will begin at the main entrance using the Francis Thompson rooms, Ambulacrum, Parlour and the Refectory which will also be the Cafe facility for visitors over the weekend.
